Huts in the old Play Ground

Taken from the upper floor of the Science Block c.1969. This photo shows hut C and double sized hut D and E. To the right of the picture can be seen the temporary hut constructed in 1967 to replace the creosoted huts in the field (A and B) which had to be demolished to make way for the new school buildings. The foreground shows the flat roof of the loading bay of the Science Block and to the left is the roof of the technology block constructed 1968.
