FROM IRENE LUNN March 2009:
Looking through my little "treasures", I discovered a handwritten
copy of an anonymous school "newsletter" called "The Yunian Thymes".
It's
too bad a copy to be scanned, so I have typed it out. I think it came from the
Lower 6th in around 1959, and must have been an attempt to rival "Punch"
....
It's pretty cryptic to me in places, I have to admit. Also very un-grown-up! But still, maybe there are folks out there who might appreciate it, especially "Flev", "Bramley", "Isa", "Margaret", "Blondy" and those who lived in the Ambiston, Borrowash, Thulston areas.
